    Dear,

    Please check the link in private, which contains a bottom navbar on mobile.

    I was able to translate the “names” of the tabs but not the “urls” behind.

    What did I miss? How are we supposed to translate the links?

    Thanks
    Simon

    Hello,

    You need to edit the file woodmart/wpml-config.xml and add the following lines as shown on the screenshot https://prnt.sc/21d0yes

    <key name="link_4_text"/>
    <key name="link_5_text"/>
    <key name="link_1_url"/>
    <key name="link_2_url"/>
    <key name="link_3_url"/>
    <key name="link_4_url"/>
    <key name="link_5_url"/>

    Kind Regards

    Oh… I need to modify the core Woodmart files to translate the bottom navbar… ?

    That’s NOK. Please find a solution to make that compatible with WPML. I do not like modifying core files, there must be a soft way to translate them.

    This means that after every update, I’d need to remake the changes in the core files, which is obviously not a solution.

    Please fix this in the next update, that’s a major issue.

    Also, I don’t think the answer is fully correct.

    How do I assign the “language” associated to the code?

    We will include this fix in our next theme update so you don’t need to worry about that.
