How to update the theme without losing my content

    Hello, a moment ago I got an email from themeforest to update the theme woodmart to version 3.7, however, in the wordpress panel does not appear the option to update from there as in other themes, and I get a link from themeforest to download . The query is, if I download version 3.7 and install it, I would lose everything that I have modified in the version I have now? (3.6.1)
    How can I update without losing my content? Thank you.

    Hello,

    The best way is to activate the license and update in Dashboard > Themes > enter the theme and update. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    In any case, make the full backup of your site before updating.
