How to update theme

I have received an email from Evanto and I have downloaded the updates. Request you to let me know, is the new version fully tested? If yes, request you to share the steps to be undertaken to update the existing theme without hampering the existing configuration and settings and master data.

I have activated the purchase code but still I dont see any update on woodmart child theme and woodmart theme. Screenshots are attached. Also which theme I should update out of the 2 woodmart theme.
