html Block option in included WPBakery Version

I am looking for the html Block option in the WPBakery version wich comes with the theme woodmart. Unfortunately I cant see the option in WP Bakery Page builder > Role manager. There is just post page product.
Since you are promoting it here https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ it confuses me, that I cant use it…

Please make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

If you have done all and it does not appear, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.
