HTML Blocks in Menua

I am not seeing the option to add HTML blocks in menus, or any of the “Custom fields [for theme]” fields in the menus. Please see attached for what I am seeing when I am adding things to the menu.

I did not do the base data import, is that why? Is there a way I can resolve this without doing that?

As soon as you add a menu item, you need to save the menu. Then choose “full-width” or “Set-size”. More details are provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/
