i cant put a background inside my products categories.

help please. first when i enter to my shop ( https://prnt.sc/r9zb2w ) you will see that everything is ok but when i go to any category it looks without background. i tried everything but i couldnt. here you could see how its appear( https://prnt.sc/r9ze8w )

Please try to set the image background in Dashboard > Products > Select the category and set the background image.

Each Category page has additional options – Image for category heading allowing to set an individual image for a category page;
