I can't update theme

    I tryed to update theme but I got this error in attachment.
    I already had that issue last time I was duplicationg existing theme and then changed license code.

    Hello,

    Please check for the updates in the Dashboard -> Updates, find the theme and update there, then please update all the related plugins in the theme in Appearance > Install plugins.

    Please do not forget to make the full-backup before the update.

    I did exacly what you told me and I got error in attachment.

    I think I have to change someting in database previous time but I’m not sure.

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you need help, provide site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area.
