    I do not receive emails when I have a new purchase or reservation. Could it be due to a problem with the theme?

    Hello,

    Go to Woocommerce > Settings. Click on the email tab and edit emails.

    If the issue remains Please make a full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
