STYMParticipantI have a German installation, but Woodstore is completely in English. I can’t change anything here and can’t find a German language file. All changes I make, e.g. uploading the logo, changing the colors, changing the font, do not bring any change after saving. Simply nothing at all is adopted.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. By default the theme comes in English but you have the ability to translate it, here is our article that describes step by step on how to translate the theme – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
2. Send me access to your admin panel so I can check how the saving works on your side.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Kind Regards

STYMParticipantHello Luke
thanks for the feedback and the link. Very fast. German is installed, but not everything has been translated in the front/backend. However, I can do small things with Loco Translate. The changes are not applied, I have added a logo to the store page. On the home page, no changes are applied, no matter what I try. If I now want to call up the store page in Elementor, it says not possible, no content. Where can I change the phone number displayed on the start page, email, everything.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The number can be changed via WoodMart -> Header builder. https://prnt.sc/UpubmcQ7tIju
Just send me access to the admin panel so I can check what is wrong there.
Thank you for your time.

STYMParticipantOkay, the third attempt. I’m in the Header Builder. Where is this box? How do I get there? After a week I am not able to understand this software. It is not possible to change anything in the Elementor in the page view, nothing, just nothing. I have uploaded the main logo in the Header Builder, you can see it in the store. On the HOME page – NOTHING. I uploaded the logo in Elementor under Site Settings – Site Identity – NOTHING! It is simply not displayed. Is there no documentation that explains this?
I can build a complete homepage with any other theme in three days, but this one, sorry …November 14, 2024 at 10:39 pm #612264
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Everything that is situated in the Header can be changed in WoodMart -> Header builder, here is a video – https://take.ms/aSnQk
Documentation – https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/header-builder/?theme=woodmart
2. Clarify what is not possible to change in the Elementor in the page view, send some screenshots.
I can’t see your store because I don’t have access and at the same time it has maintenance mode. https://prnt.sc/gWSrpveppAeC

STYMParticipantOk, Hello, would there only be an information box or the Woodmart logo that can be exchanged …
A screenshot is attached.Attachments:

STYMParticipantThe logo in the main header has been changed, but this will not be changed on the home page of Demoshop Electronics 2. I can see it on the store link, that’s it … when calling up the Woodmart logo as in the video is also not visible … When I go to edit it just doesn’t work.

STYMParticipantEverything deleted. Reinstalled, this time with WP Bakery. Exactly the same. No information box, no existing logo to swap. Woodmart Main installed, same thing. So also here both things that were shown in the video are not there.
November 15, 2024 at 10:20 am #612329
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Also, it depends on the demo, now I see that you use the Electronics 2 demo. Here is a video on how to change it in this demo – https://take.ms/Zh1vM
2. Here is a video on how to change the logo on the home page: https://take.ms/iwOD2

STYMParticipantHello Luke
that I understand correctly. If I change a template, do I have to look for where the settings are hidden each time, without having a uniform structure?
Now I want to set up a maintenance page. So far so good. The page can be edited in Elementor (texts, counters, social media links, so actually everything …). Then there is again a background image and it is again not possible to overwrite or delete it in elementor. I can select the container, edit the container, go to Background – Styles – Image selected … nothing. Why is that? Do I have to search again, somewhere, to simply change this image? If so, why?Regards Stefan

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
We have 4 demos for the maintenance: https://take.ms/EL5KR, and here are a screenshots where those bg images are defined:

STYMParticipantHello, I am now at the point of giving up on the template. The background image was not displayed in the container (only gray). But I have now found it. Now I have inserted an image. However, this is only visible in the desktop view, not on tablet or mobile. In the Elementor, the image is gray for tablet/mobile and is not displayed. Then I wanted to integrate the Contact Popup Form from Maintenance into Maintenance 2 because I thought this would work as a module. However, I cannot select such a module in the Elementor. Furthermore, the main menu can be seen in the footer in the tablet/mobile view. Again, I have not found a setting to change this. In maintenance mode, I also looked for a way to switch between these maintenance themes. I just can’t find the settings where to change what and how. This is very frustrating …

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Send me access to the admin panel so I can check the issue with the image on the tablets and mobile devices.
2. Send me some screenshots of why you can select that form. When you import the maintenance demo, it should import an appropriate HTML Block which is defined in the “Popup” element – https://take.ms/BYViG
3. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Footer -> Edit the Footer content – https://take.ms/reOck

STYMParticipantHello,
I have now installed a prebuild of Maintenance. And again I have the problem that I cannot find the content of the data that is already in the popup. The data is in the HTML block. If they are changed (address, mail, …), this has no effect on the frontend. How do I integrate the contact form from Contact Form 7 into the popup? I can’t find any settings for this …November 28, 2024 at 11:14 am #616979
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. The contact form is shown via the Contact form 7 element – https://take.ms/u7xt6G
2. That element has access to all forms that you have created in Contact -> Contact Froms – https://take.ms/KViSr
https://take.ms/kCdoHYou can integrate the contact form from Contact Form 7 into the popup via HTML block (https://take.ms/LYUdt) in which the CF7 element is defined as shown in the 1 point.
Kind Regards

STYMParticipantHello,
Firstly, I had to import the maintenance theme 3 times so that the “alternative contact form” was available at all. Secondly, I know where the HTML block is assigned. However, there was no answer to my question about where the address data is changed. I had written that these are changed and saved by me in the HTML block. However, without causing a change in the front end. Please let me know where this data can be changed. And please don’t just write “via the HTML block”. As I said, this is not possible, as text changes have no effect!
I would also be interested to know whether a completely different contact form can be created without further ado, which can then also be integrated and where the assignments for this are. I think here the shortcode of the new form must be integrated into the HTML block. In a test, however, this did not work either.November 28, 2024 at 6:04 pm #617254
STYMParticipantSo that there is no confusion, here is an additional screenshot. I also wonder why there is no documentation on this. The documentation is very general and does not go into such things. At least I have not found any information on this.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. If those data are not changed, make sure that you do not use a cache plugin, if so, clear the cache and recheck it. Here is a video from my side that shows that those data can be changed – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/RVhQcEPm4C
2. Clarify, do you want to create another form using the Contact Form 7 plugin or by using another plugin?

STYMParticipantHello,
since I have been trying to get this theme to work for two weeks now, without success, I have now deleted Woodmart from two of my new projects. I will go the way of Avada here …
I don’t have the time to keep asking about little things here, especially as some questions are not answered directly.
Now I am sent a video in which I see an Elementor window in which the info box is being edited. At the top it says “Popup with Contact form”. Sensational! But I don’t have this option … I only get the option to edit the HTML blocks. The normal Classic editor opens here, no editing with Elementor possible. The “Alternative Contact Form” was already missing in the first two installs. I’m beginning to wonder whether the Woodmart theme is running properly at all. I don’t have that impression. I have now attached a screenshot so that it is clear what I mean and how the hell I am supposed to get there. If I don’t find a solution today, Woodmart will be deleted and that’s it.Attachments:

STYMParticipantOK
I have seen that there was a message in the patcher with a point ID 617597, error during the installation of themes or updates. Now I have the possibility to edit in Elementor after a new installation of the maintenace. That’s a joke, another two days lost because of a new bug … I don’t really want to use this theme anymore, because it’s a pure time burner!November 29, 2024 at 1:14 pm #617614
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Elementor -> Settings -> and make sure that the HTML Blocks is enabled here – https://take.ms/xGL4M
In Theme Settings – Others, disable Gutenberg blocks – https://prnt.sc/vklOvaGXB5Lv then recheck the issue with the HTML Block.
Let me know the result.

STYMParticipantHello
Now everything works. I have made a completely new install. Something went wrong during the installation. Now all HTML blocks and integrations are available. Before, a lot of settings were missing. If you use a new theme with many functions, but no changes are applied, it is frustrating. Especially if you are using this construct for the first time and want to familiarize yourself with it. I’ve never had such problems with any other theme, so after two weeks without success, my mood has changed more and more.November 29, 2024 at 6:42 pm #617815
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Glad that now everything is working well. In this case, the topic can be closed?
Let me know if you have some questions.

STYMParticipantHello,
now everything works. Something went wrong during the installation routine.
However, I am looking for the background image of the newsletter popup in the Furniture theme. I can’t find it anywhere. Normally the images are stored in the container.
Secondly, I could not set a mailto link for the email in the Maintenance Theme. This is not taken over. Only a /# is set as the link. Maybe there is an error.December 6, 2024 at 10:42 am #619984
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Promo popup and change the bg image here – https://prnt.sc/2QSNwp2Z9Vr6
2. Send me some screenshots of your maintenance page and its elements for a better understanding.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards
