I forgot to install child theme before making my website.

I forgot to install child theme before making my website completely. Will that harm my website during the updates? Can that be fixed? Please help me out ASAP.

You can install and activate the child theme now and remove all the customization code from functions.php of parents into functions.php of the child.

If you have not implemented any code customization, do not worry, provided the automatic update https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/ all your settings would remain. In any case, make the full back up of your site bore each updating.
