This has happened many times and I am seriously becoming very disappointed.
My website is fine, I don’t see anything wrong, so I decide to try opening it in an incognito tab and when I go to see the texts they are all black, the icons don’t load and the buttons are gone, leaving only the texts.
This is frustrating because I don’t know the exact moment this happens. I had to buy a package on my hosting so that they make daily backups of everything automatically, that way when the error happens I go back to the previous backup. But this causes us to lose hours of work and this error should not even happen.

Look at the context: Today at 00:30 a backup was made on my website, everything was completely ok, in anonymous mode too. I went to sleep. When I went to look at the site again, around 9:00 am everything was ok too, I didn’t see anything wrong. I enter my website in incognito mode and there it is: icons not loading, broken buttons and black text. Frustrating!

I noticed that this doesn’t only happen to me, so it’s not a particular problem on my site, but a general one.

This is not a 3rd party plugins bug, because like I said, at the time of the backup everything was fine, hours later nothing changed in the plugins and then the site was broken. Also, it happens to several other people apparently, and it would be unlikely that we all have the same plugin causing this error.

I would like to leave the site broken the way I found it, so that you could enter my panel to check it, but I run an online store that cannot stand still, so I am obliged to correct it soon without giving the opportunity for the error to remain so that others people don’t notice.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards
