I’m trying to translate the following string in Loco Translate:

“Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review.”

However, I can’t find this string anywhere, even after syncing/rescanning all translation files (WooCommerce and theme files included).

I’ve also tried searching for partial strings like “logged in customers” or “leave a review”, but it still doesn’t appear.

It seems like this text might be dynamically generated or split into multiple parts.

Could you please let me know where this string is located or how I can properly override/translate it?

I carefully read the documentation and followed everything exactly as described, but the text is still not translated.

I have found that there is no issue from the site or theme settings or translation plugin. The issue is because of the cache plugin. Please remove all sorts of cache from the site and server then check back the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.
