Image Resizing Problem

Hello!

As you already know, when we upload a photo on our shop, woocommerce generate different size of the uploaded photo and use those photos in different places.
one photo for single product page … one photo for archive pages … and other …

but i have a problem with photos on archive pages. i found that my website shows the original size of the photo in archive pages …
i checked my SINGLE PRODUCT PAGE photos and they are OK. but the problem ONLY appears in archive pages and ONLY in desktop screen. i mean if user enter the archive pages with mobile or tablet, he/she will see the resized photos even in archive pages. the probelm only appears in archive pages on desktop screens

+ i also checked my archive pages with two other different themes and they both works ok.

Please, provide us screenshots how it works with default wordpress and how it works with WoodMart. Then, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it.

As i mentioned before i test this problem with two other wordpress standard theme, and this only related to woodmart theme.
Also, i disabled all of my plugins one time. nothing changed … so i reactive all of them

Please, update the WooCommerce plugin to the latest version since they changed the way images resized in the last update. Or you will need to downgrade our theme to version 1.9 if you want to still use an old version of the plugin.

But 1.9 have lots of bug that you fix them in 1.10 …
and as you write in themeforest, the theme is compatible with woocommerce 3.2.6 …
Please help me to fix this problem

But why you can’t simply update the WooCommerce plugin in this situation?

i told you before in another topic,
i cant update my plugins no more, cause for example one of my plugins is only compatible with woocommerce 3.2.6. if i want to use the new version of that plugin ( perfect seo url ) i must pay 120$ for that
and this is only just one of my problems!!

few days ago, i told you that you said in themeforest that this theme is compatible with woocommerce 3.0.X and i send you a screenshot of that …
but what was your answer?

Yes, our 1.9 version is compatible with 3.2.x but not 1.10.1. Please, provide us your FTP access so we can move some outdated code from our previous version to support WooCommerce old images sizes. Note that you will not be able to update the theme in the future as well. And hope you understand that it is not possible to support two versions of WooCommerce in the same time. As you know, when you update the WooCommerce plugin it shows a notice telling that theme contains outdated files and they have to be updated. That forces us to update our theme template files to be up to date with the latest version. And it is naturally that old version is no more supported. In case users need to use WC 3.2.6, they have to use 1.6 version as well. And we can’t do anything with this since it is how plugin updates work.

No, since it is too late now and I’m not at our office. I will not be there till Monday so my IP will be changed with time. Are you able to disable this restriction on your server for a few days so can be able to connect and check those issues?

the longest possible time to disable this restriction is 72hour
if you start your work on monday, then let me add your ip on monday
but if you want to work on my two topics today or tomorrow, then give me your ip when it’s not changing for couple of hours …

File changed – inc/woocommerce.php. Function name – woodmart_get_product_thumbnail.

The resize problem solved
but now the hover image doesn’t work …

Be sure that you have enabled this option in Theme Settings -> Shop.

OK, it works also now. Changed the woodmart_hover_image function in woocommerce.php
