Where can we get this? Of can we use this without license?

Or have you made them by yourself? Can we get the psd files (so we can make ourselves with this cool backgrounds)?

We do not upload images as they take too much place on disk, and in most cases, it is not necessary as the site owners usually replace them. You can extract the images and use on your site.
