    Hello. Can not install Basic or full import?
    How to solve this problem?

    Is there any option to import it manually?

    As you are getting error “Import AJAX problem” while importing base content.

    You might miss something or install the theme in an improper manner. Kindly read and follow the below documentation for an appropriate installation:

    In case if it still displaying that error then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide your admin login details.

    Hello, I tried them. It did not work.

    One thing I also tried is to enable DOM, mysql mode in PHP 5.6.
    It kinda passed activate base mode, but with errors.

    after activating base version and installing extra demo for electronics I got http://arzango.kg. Is this expected after importing demo?

    I visited your site and your menus shown multiple times and also your pages are missing. It seems you did not let the import finish and import the dummy content more than one time.

    Kindly reset your site and delete all the modules and start again with a fresh installation and follow the below documentation step by step:

    If it still not works then share your site admin login credentials so I will import a demo for you.

    When I upload the theme on your site, your site suddenly shown 500 Internal Server Error.
    500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     I notice that you are using PHP 5.6 on your server. Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to select the latest version of PHP like 7.0 version or above. Also ask them to meet the below requirements:

    memory_limit 128M
    post_max_size 64M
    upload_max_filesize 64M

    php version is – 7.0.3
    memory_limit 128M
    post_max_size 64M
    upload_max_filesize 64M

    Please reinstall WordPress on your domain and just upload the theme and let us know then we will install the theme and import dummy content for you.

    Because I have test your site admin dashboard and it looks totally broken. I can’t install WordPress for you because we have to assign a database as well and we don’t have your databases and phpmyadmin user logins. So please first reinstall your WordPress and upload the theme and let us know we will proceed further.

    Your problem is resolved. I upload the theme and after the installation I import “Marketplace” demo as per your request and your site working perfectly fine now. You can check back after clearing the browser cache.

    We are glad that your problem is solved!!!.

    I uploaded the theme using the FTP account. Installed all the plugins and activate them.
    Then Import that Marketplace demo from WoodMart >> Base Import.

    Sometimes we are unable to upload and install the theme from the WordPress dashboard that cause the errors. Then in that situation we upload the theme using FTP or Cpanel. In your case that was the issue.

    from Marketplace to another one(ex: Electronics) and face the same issue.

    Don’t worry you will not face this kind of error again. If you want to change the demo from market palace to some different demo. You just need to Go to >> Woodmart >> Base Import >> Demo Versions.

    Select a demo version you need and save changes.
