*Important : : Add to Cart – Not Showing Products into Cart

Please help me to resolve this major issue. Whenever, I add to cart product. It will not show into the cart. Sometimes, It shows but too late. It will impact to my customers. So, I had request to you revert back with good solution. I have also enclosed the attachment for this issue.
