In categories menu not all sub categories are showing

In categories menu not all sub-categories are showing up. What could be the issue ?

Hello,

I suspect that your menu has mega menu blocks that are not supported by mobile menu. You will need to create a cloned menu where you add the sub-categories as sub-menu items.

If it does not solve the problem, please provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check and suggest.
