zerrParticipantHello. I ran into an indentation problem. There is an indentation when loading the page. Any time you move the cursor, the indentation disappears. How can this problem be solved?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This issue is caused by the custom CSS you are using for the header bottom and header. Please try removing the custom code and check if the problem is resolved.
Then you can add the white space after the header bottom by editing the home page with elementor,
1. Go to Pages in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Select Edit Home Page with Elementor.
3. Edit the Top Container and adjust the margin padding settings as needed.

zerrParticipantHello. Thanks for the reply. I can’t find where it’s being edited. According to the link with the instructions, I do not see such settings for myself. I would be grateful if you would highlight the arrow with the help of the screenshot where you need to change. Should Elementor be a PRO version?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your issue has been resolved. I have commented out the custom CSS code, and everything is working fine now.
If you want to add white space below the header bottom, this area is part of your page background: https://snipboard.io/Syolzr.jpgTo adjust it, navigate to Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Pages Background, and set the background color for all pages to white.
If you need additional space under the header bottom, go to Pages > Edit Home Page with Elementor and use the Spacer widget above the top container.
If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

zerrParticipantHello. Thank you for your reply and for helping me solve the problem. I probably didn’t describe my task correctly in the first message. I’ll try again using the screenshot. I need to leave the page design as shown in the screenshot. Leave block No. 1 as it is with rounded edges and in color No.4. Leave the design of block No. 2 as it is. There should be an indentation number 3 between blocks 1 and 2. When loading the page, everything works fine until you move the cursor across the screen, and indentation #3 disappears. This problem is caused by the Main header if Sticky is enabled.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This is due to the custom CSS that you added. But navigate to Theme Settings > Performance > Preloader and enable it. This way, the preloader will show until the entire page is fully loaded, improving the user experience.
