Is the traces collector banned somewhere in the theme?

Hello,

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Now it works well. But note that your server response is extremely slow. And we also tested it with other themes on your website and it is still slow. You need to consult with your hosting provider on this matter.

It happens from time to time because of server response delay. You need to fix this problem first.

Your server response time should be around 1s. And currently it takes 3-5 seconds with any theme so it is not caused by Woodmart.
