    I am trying to creat an info popup for people entering the site, but it is not working.

    Hello,

    You need to enable the Promo popup in the Theme Settings > General > Promo popup. You will see the content field. You can create any template in the HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

    Then add the ID shortcode to the filed area. If it does not work, please provide more details on how we can reproduce the issue.
