"Instagram did not return a 200"

Hi there, my instagram feed isn’t showing up and it just says ‘Instagram did not return a 200’…

I’ve deactivated all the other non-theme plugins and that didn’t make a difference I’m afraid.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please, update the theme to the latest version firstly.To update the theme you need download the latest version on ThemeForest -> Downloads. Then just reupload new theme via Appearance -> Themes but install this plugin firstly https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Also, we suggest you make a backup of all your files before any update.

Thanks. If I’m running a child theme can I just upload the child theme zip or do I have to install the parent theme also?

You need to update the parent theme only.
