Instagram feature issue on elementor page in woodmart theme

Using Instagram feature with Elementor page builder on Woodmart theme return ‘Instagram did not return any images.’ error.

I have logged into your website.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme and the Recommended plugins.

And you also haven’t installed the woodmart core plugin on your website that is a required plugin. Please install it as well.

Then try reconnecting Instagram API as mentioned in our detailed documentation in the following link:
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/setup-instagram-api/

Then clear cache and check back.

The Plugin is pre-packaged with the Theme.

Please Go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install the plugin woodmart core from there.

I have installed the plugin and again connected it to the Facebook account. My FB account is connected to my Instagram account as well. Still, the images aren’t visible.

Yes you can download the latest version of the theme from envato account.

Please update the Elementor page builder and other Recommended plugins to the latest version then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
