Issue with Hardware, shop not showing product grid

Hi I am in the process of changing themes to woodmart , I am putting everything into position currently and noticed that when in the shop page none of the products are showing up below the header. I have also tried the individual category pages with the same problem. The products are showing up on the front page of the site in the home page. As well as individually.

Please advise I am wondering if I did something wrong.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide the admin panel login details of the website.

I actually figured it out it worked after I deactivated a plugin which was no longer supported.
