Issue with Product Variations Selection

Dear Support Team,

I’m currently using your theme for my website and I’m encountering a problem with the selection of multiple product variations. Specifically, it seems the variations lock after certain selections, making it impossible for me to adjust without refreshing the page.

Here’s a detailed outline of the issue:

When I select the “Ihr Material” variation for “Acrylglas” and then choose the “Rahmen Tiefe” to be 1cm, I am unable to change the “Ihr Material” variation anymore. It seems to lock in place.

In order to change the “Rahmen Tiefe” to 2cm or 4cm, I have to refresh the page, and then select “Leinwandbild” under the “Ihr Material” variation. However, once this is done, I am unable to change back to “Acrylglas”.

This is creating an inconvenience as it restricts the ability to freely select and adjust product variations. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

More Info: When you select “Acrylglas” there should be automaticly the option “1” selected.
When you select Leinwand they should be automaticly seleted the option “2” but you could add the “4” option too.

There always should be the “Clear” button after the attributes on the product page, in your case, I don’t see it so please send me access to the admin dashboard via the private area and I will check your settings.
