kalogrhasParticipantDear Sirs,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been experiencing with my website. I have noticed that it takes at least 5 seconds for the website to load after clicking on it, and once inside, browsing or selecting a product is also very slow.
I am writing to inquire if you are aware of this issue and if there is anything that can be done to address it. As a customer, I value the products and services that you offer, but the slow website performance has been hindering my overall experience.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with a solution or update regarding this issue. Please let me know if there are any specific details that you require from me to better understand and address the issue.
Thank you very much for your attention to this matter

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Your site is constantly loading scripts globally, some of them from third-party plugins, more information is in our article, so please read it and make changes that you didn’t make.

kalogrhasParticipantHello,
We helped us a lot but we have some other issue.
When clicking on a product for the first time, the server takes 2-4 seconds to respond with the product page and load all the assets (JS, CSS, etc). Once loaded, the product page is then cached and it loads very fast. The problem is this initial load time for the first time a product is loaded. There were no heavy SQL queries identified during load and even PHP was upgraded in order to have better performance with Apache. I am not sure if this load time is due to the caching plugins, but even when the caching plugins where disabled, the load time was still high.April 22, 2023 at 8:02 pm #461450
gogoulostParticipantSorry to intrude but i had terrible issues with slow sites. I tried and tried and payed and payed. Well the only thing you need to do is change server. I used a litespeed server and sites are now lighting fast. This will save you money and your sites will work really really fast. Move from apache. Apache is slow. Just make a clone of your site in one litespeed server and test it befor changing. 99% is that.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
May I request you provide access to the admin dashboard so I will investigate it? Also, I would like to request confirmation regarding the permission to switch to the parent theme and disable third-party plugins. Once we have completed our testing, we will enable all settings back to their original state.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have checked the speed to any product without third-party plugins and the result is 1.8 sec, which means that some of your plugins affect the site speed. Please disable all unnecessary plugins and check the speed again.
Kind Regards
