Issue with Templates for Woodmart Theme

    We have issue with the drop down menus not working. We are running the latest version of the Woodmart theme and have a child theme for customizations. See ss.

    We also have alerts in the WooCommerce status to update the cart templates. With a premium theme, the author usually provides updates for this.

    For the other updates, we are not using any of the plugins for the site: Elementor, Contact Form 7, etc.

    Please let us know how can resolve these issues.

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    1. You need to create mega menu blocks in HTML blocks https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ then add these blocks to the menu items and remove sub-menu items. Here is the manual on configuring mega menu: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/

    2. I see the current drop-down menu does not work and it should.
    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Please deactivate and delete CMB2 and Redux plugins, they were used in 4.++ version and starting from 5+ versions are no more needed and often cause conflicts.

    Please update the WoodMart core plugin. This is a theme functional plugin, it is essential and should be always updated.

    Regarding in any case, your site would work correctly and our development team will add the updated templates in the nearest update.

    Please clarify what you mean please, have you tried to deactivate the plugins as suggested in #2? Please follow all the instructions and delete unnecessary plugins.

    We also have alerts in the WooCommerce status to update the cart templates. With a premium theme, the author usually provides updates for this.

    We will add the updated templates to the nearest update, meanwhile, your current updates are workable and would not cause any problems.

    Thanks, do you know when the updates will be released? We want to clear the error as they might cause issues with WooCommerce.
