issues with WoodMart – Attribute swatches

I am encountering a problem with variations on two sites..
In the first one, I choose a design for him with the presentation of rounded variations with the size of the clothing.. but unfortunately it always appears to me only in a drop-down list!!!

On the second site.. since all the settings are correct but on the products page it is not possible to choose a product color but only on mobile…

Navigate to Products > Attributes > Edit Color or size attribute > Configure term value > edit any value and choose the swatch.

but I see another issue..
I’m chose the design with an X on the attribute sold out…
but it’s not working and can’t see the X
just when I select the attribute shows mw sold out…

The disabled Swatch style is for the variants of the Products which are disabled not for the Out of Stock variants. So, you need to have the variant of the Product not checked with the Enable option on it and then the Disabled Swatch style will work accordingly. See these images for reference:

What is supposed to be the problem that the color inside the store from the outside cannot be displayed the image of the variation but inside the product page appears normal?

It will show your main product image. Navigate to Products > Edit Product > Check the Product Image.

When I click on the variation of the color.. the product image should change to the image of the selected color according to the images I defined in the variations..

But in practice it doesn’t happen inside the “shop” page, but inside the product page it does happen properly..

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.5.1 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the option.

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Change product image on attribute click” allows you to display different product images based on the selected product variation or attribute.

Navigate to Products > Attributes > edit Attributes and enable the option Change product image on attribute click.

Enable the Additional variations images option in Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products: https://take.ms/aRzS2 and upload and appropriate images to the variations: https://take.ms/MiDHc Then the images will change by clicking on the swatches.
