Issues with WPBakery Add Link to Button and HomePage box formatting

Hi All,

First of all, i love the theme, its got everything i need, however i just have few niggling issues.

1) When adding a link to one of the buttons on the homepage, when i go to insert link, instead of inserting the link it takes me to the WordPress Posts page. I have no idea why!

2) On the homepage i am reformatting and getting rid of the slider, but for some reason it has left a green strip, can you remove this?

3) The home page also has some background image i cannot remove underneath the products carousel / slider.
