    Hello,

I have visited your website and it seems that you have enabled the masonry grid for the shop page layout. Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product styles and disable the masonry grid.

Then clear the cache and check back.

    Hello,

    You are Most Welcome.

I saw the screenshots you attached and visited your website. Your website is loading from the cache.

Please delete the cache folder from the “wp-content” deactivate the cache plugin, clear the browser cache and check back.

    Hello,

As I mentioned in my previous reply I have visited your website and it’s loading from the cache.

Please delete the cache folder from the “wp-content” deactivate the cache plugin, clear the browser cache and check back.

If the problem still continues after deleting the cache folder then deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, and then tell me we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Best Regards.
