Linked variation thumbs

I am currently utilizing the link variation option and have chosen to specify the attribute of color.

However, instead of displaying a plain swatch with a single color, it is displaying an image which may not be easily visible for the user.

You need to clear the “Attribute for the product image” field, just left it empty, update that bundle of products and recheck the issue.
