That option is available for designs like Full width, in your screenshot have the default – https://prnt.sc/IN_U630TSFul so try to set another style for the menu item and recheck whether the option persists or not.

That option helps when you have an HTML BLock with some images, etc. If you use default dropdowns, it will not help you.
