Logo is deformated during scrolling

Hi, we see that when we scroll the page, logo in the left corner is being deformated.
It might be bcs we try to use LiteSpeed plugin to speed it up.

Also as when we accept cookies, arrows on the slide show (left right) are visible just in the left top corner.

Can you please help us how to improve this errors? Maybe you know which CSS or JS have to be excluded from caching or something like this?
