Logo on header seems i can’t change

seems is a settings in your theme but i don’t understund where i have to go to edit it and change logo on header.

Strangely first don’t didn’t nothing, and now yes.
Anyway i have upload and work on desktop but don’t work on mobile responsive, how can i do for mobile?
