Mailchimp /Newsletter not popping up

I’ve installed mailchimp several times, When you visit website it goes dark as it give a pop up box but pop up box does not appears. Please tell me, how to fix the subscriber option. Or help me to fix the problem.

To add content to the pop up you need to create an HTML Block then add the content to it then add the ID of the HTML Block under Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup.
