Make whole menu sticky

I want to make the whole menu sticky but unfortunately i can’t make this happen.. For some reason it doesn’t make all items in the header bottom section, sticky (only the sections ‘over ons’ ‘laatste nieuws’ ‘vacatures’ ‘downloads’ ‘contact’ are sticky)

Can someone please look at it?
