Manage serial number in sites that have the domain updated and edit footer

Hi,

I have support at the license on the private content that I want to move to the new domain myrest.shopping-store.pt (the old myrest.shoppng-store.org is to be disable).
1 – How do I manage the license and the domains?
2 – With the domain change I lost my admistrator email, and I would like to know what table has it to be able to change it?
3 – The footer of myrest.shopping-store.pt is a widget, but it stays in loop loading it on the back office. Do you know what could be the problem? Now since I don’t have administrator access I can’t send a screenshot. I would like to change the email address on the footer and see what is wrong with the icon on top of this column.

I already solved the problem of the Administrator user.
