Mega Menu size limit

I want to configure my Category Menu as the example above that when the windows size is less than the width of the menu, you cant open the subcategory. How can I do this to I prevent users to open the subcategy and dont see it completed.

You can create your Product category menu as menu and sub-menu items, it this case user would not see these blocks on hover.
