menu always visible and expanded on mobile and desktop

Hi
I want to make menu keep visible and expanded (categories and sub-categories) on both desktop and mobile, please inofrm how to achieve this

FYI, I have tried “Open categories menu” in page settings option but still menu is not visible. Also will it work for both mobile and desktop ?

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

The current demo version on your website doesn’t have a categories menu as you see on our main demo. It is just a regular menu that can’t be always opened. after adding categories, when we scroll page the categories gets hidden
Can we keep it visible even when page is scroll down ?

Also can we reduce the categories dropdown width using module or we have to add custom css for that ?

We still don’t see this menu on your home page. Anyway, unfortunately, it is not possible to keep it open when you scroll the page.

Please, send us a screenshot of what exactly you would like to change in the categories dropdown.

also checked for mobile section (in header layout), categories option is not showing in menu area, why is that ?

This element works on a desktop only. You can display your categories as a part of mobile navigation on mobile devices. You can see how it works in our demo.
