menu and categories

Hi,

I was trying to redesign the content of menu and categories on the main page of my website. Wondering if there are any approach to do the modification.

And somehow the menu and categories only appears while browsing through tablets and smartphones, how can i have it appears when i view the website through the computers.

The bottom mobile menu is enabled in the Theme Settings > General > Mobile bottom navbar.
