mobile bottom icon setting

hello
i want to edit the icon of the bottle on mobile.
that is how can i make custom button?

1. i want to change the image
2. i want to chage the word
3. and i want to link it to some other http://…..

how can i do that?
i continually have been finding the way in document. but i failed to find whcih part i should read.

You can find a couple of custom option where you can create your own button in the mobile button navbar: https://prnt.sc/rthxcs

At the same time, there is no option to change the URL of the default buttons.

but after i test the button, the icon was broken on my mobile phone.
i really do not touch anything….
