mobile phone filters

Hi,

The little filter icon that floats in the left of screen on mobiles, opens up a sidebar with filters. But it is missing my category filter. I cant find any area to edit and add things to there. How do i do it?

I have tested your website and the sidebar filters are displayed the same for both mobile and desktop versions.

Tested again with caches cleared, same issue see screenshot.
This was a problem since months, only now addressing it. But its always been like this.

Sorry yes you are right its working. It was only showing like this in a subcategory.

Is it possible to set that the main categories show in the filter IF you are in a subcategory? So people can navigate back to top level categories easier?

It seems that the option show hierarchy is disabled from Appearance >> Widgets that why its behaving like that Please enable the option this will surely fix this.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
