    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Hello,

    Please create upsells products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

    Then you need to set showing the upsells products in the sidebar. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Product page > Show /hide elements
