Please tell me what the issue persists. When you create a custom layout, it works a bit differently from the default shop page.You need to add custom filters as Woocommerce filters work only on the default shop and product category page.

1- The Products styling on the Homepage currently is the same right now as on the Archive pages on your Site. So, it seems that you have corrected this yourself.

2- Regarding the Sale Label, right now under the Theme you can only show Label for the Sale Products or Countdown if you schedule the Sale to a specific date. Currently on your Site, under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Product labels > Sale > “Sale” label in the percentage option is off which is why you aren’t able to see the percentage for the Sale Products: https://snipboard.io/zCh5jO.jpg

So, we have enabled it and now the Sale Percentage shows for the Products on your Site.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

2- If you completely want to hide the Sale Label, then you might need to use the Custom CSS on your Site:

.onsale.product-label {
   display: none !important;
}

Location to paste Custom CSS, go to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section >> paste the CSS.

3- Please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you the solution.
