My Whole Mobile and Desktop Menu Is getting Weird

I want that open category type, but in this menu it is collapsed.

I want to make menu like this on desktop:

I have created two Menu,
1. for Product Categories:
2. For Quick Site Links (Like Home, Shop, Privacy Policies)

I want Product Categories to show opened On Desktop also The Quick Site Link Or header of the Desktop as normal Menu.

Also

On Mobile here: There are two box in Mobile, One showing

Just Menu and in Menu I want to show the Quick Links Like Home, Shop, Privacy Policy, and in next side Categories Box, it should show the Product categories as I already created the menu.

Things arent working great.

Can you access the site using teamviewer or anydesk?

Giving access to the site to any third person is not acceptable in our company,

so we can only allow using Anydesk for the moment.

Please issue the temporary admin user and delete this user as soon as we solve the problem. You can move the copy of your site to a testing platform, we shall configure it in the testing platform and then you will do not the same on a live site.
