Navigate to Products > All Products in your WordPress dashboard. Then, find the product where you want to add a short description and click on its ‘Edit’ link. Once you’ve done that, scroll to the ‘Product short description’ box. You can now type a description into the text area:

You want to add an extra description for all products the same ? If Yes you can add the text editor widget in the layout and add the text. If you want to add descriptions different on all products try using custom tabs, You can add Tabs via Product Setting. If you want to add tabs make sure that you are using the product data tabs widget in the layout:
