Need help setting up, mutiple issues

Hi,

First of let me say, Amazing amazing theme. You have given answers to so many problems that we don’t need seperate plugins for so many things.

I am encountering issues in some things while setting up.
I’ve crreated a staging site and turned off caching, almost all changes are instantly reflected but any changes done on the single product page are not showing up.

Issues I’m facing till now:

– Unable to change single page layout, tried multiple options, product image is coming as very small like a thumbnail.
– Can’t view items sold counter, visitor counter on same page
– I have YITH request quote plugin installed that shows a button on the single product page which is not showing now.
– On single page how to change block- “Soft Edge collection”; Shipping & returns, Product care accordions; Product details text (coming same for all); About brand section.
– Mobile secondary menu cant understand how to configure
– Forgot password page for user giving 404 error
– In description it said users can share wishlist but i cant find any of these buttons on wishlist where user can share it.

I’m still in the process of understanding and customizing.

The issues i mentioned don’t need any screenshots, you can verify the single product page issues by opening any product page.
you can change setting from backend and find it is not being reflected on the single page.

Somehow your site loads too slow. I even tried with VPN but still couldn’t access other pages except single product.

Do you have any IP or Countries restrictions? Please double check, I am come from Viet Nam.

There are no restrictions.

Like i said earlier, it’s a staging site and there are no visitors, it runs the CRON scheduler when we try to login.

Just disable auto updates, and try after 3-4 mins. It’s loading normally for me.

I tried many times and keep facing 503 and 500 errors, which are related to server configurations.

I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider, who will be able to guide you through the process.

Also i can see the single page is showing as intended, did you make any change or change any plugin for it?

I keep facing 503 and 505 errors while tried to edit your site, even used VPN, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider, who will be able to guide you through the process.

Can you share screenshots for the same?

I’m unable to replicate this error that you’re facing.

I took it up with my hosting provider and they found resource usage to be maxed.

As recommended by them, i have turned off WP cron which should resolve the issue.
Please check now.

The homepage built with Elementor so I kindly recommend you to use that builder to edit page. I tried to created new page and it worked fine https://ibb.co/smF8H4c

I enabled Safe Mode and switched to default theme but were unable to determine the cause of the issue. I kindly request that you refer to Elementor’s guide on debugging, which can be found at: https://elementor.com/help/safe-mode-not-solving-problem/. Please follow the steps outlined in the article.

Is it ok if I edit the homepage in elementor now?
How do i know which page is to be edited in elementor and which one in gutenberg?

4) If I want to use mega menu or certain other element of your pre made site, is it possible to import / view it’s settings from somewhere? Building from scratch takes a lot of time, and even then result is not smooth as like your demo sites.

1. Default page builder is Elementor. In case you want to use Gutenberg instead, please enable Enable Gutenberg option in Theme Settings > Others.

Then reimport the dummy content by removing the old and reimport the same demo.

Switching to other page builders can broke the layout.

2. Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.

Switch to Mobile tab, hover on Mobile menu element, click on Pencil icon to edit it https://prnt.sc/s6iF4ilXjpmW

3. I cannot update page due to invalid json error, please follow my instructions above to fix it first.

1) What I mean to ask in point 1 is: I had selected Gutenberg as editor of my choice as I thought since it’s native and supported by your theme, site management and loading will be easier and faster in it. Enable Gutenberg option in Theme Settings > Others is turned ON.

2) Now since you said homepage is made in Elementor, shall i switch to elementor now? Gutenberg management is not supported?

3) Can’t I edit the gutenberg pages in Elementor, will their layout not be converted?

I checked your site and it built with Gutenberg, if you keep using it please don’t need to convert it into Elementor.

I think you didn’t see my messages properly, you have given just blanket replies. please reply to the queries pointwise:

I know what is a staging site, the site I’m working on is a staging site only.
I specifically asked NOT FOR ELEMENTOR but GUTENBERG or MEGA MENU. Below is my message:

2- Header editing started itself. Let me know steps to troubleshoot next time it happens.
You can’t just say it’s a server issue to me and leave it there. If i contact my hosting provider they will say it’s a theme issue, and then I wouldn’t know what to do.

Please let me explain better: The issue I mentioned related to hosting configurations, you can also check how it works with the default WordPress theme like Woocommerce Storefront to determine whether the issue is with our theme.

2. You can create mega menu content via HTML Content to change the styles, then add it to menu item.
