For this you have to create the custom layout for the product pages and on that layout you can add more tabs as you want to add.

in this it having the option for 3 default tab only how to add custom tab in this location

For the extra tabs, you have to use the widget for the other tabs, not the product tabs. https://ibb.co/5GtGVLW

You can only add only 3 extra tabs on the product page when you will use the theme default tabs feature other than the description tab. You can set the custom tab other than the description tab from Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Tabs. https://ibb.co/MDfXLGD

You can only add only 3 extra tabs – these 3 tabs will be dynamic one or static one based on product content will change?

add new product section it will have the option for 2 tabs only
