webbee007ParticipantI have added a cart icon to my assigned Header template, but it’s not appearing on the front end. Could you please fix this so that a dynamic cart icon is displayed in the header section? Also, could you add an account icon next to the cart icon, allowing users to create an account from there?

Your issue has been resolved. you are using the custom header on your site, the Woodmart theme provides the option to create different headers for different pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/
Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit the “Header Food Delivery Overlap” header and add the cart and my account elements in the header. Check back on your site and check the issue.

To reset the password you need to click on the “lost your password” then you can reset the password.

01. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty Five or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

webbee007ParticipantI have already tested this with the Twenty theme, and it is working fine. I have also shared my WP admin access so you can run tests and fix the issue. Instead of just providing instructions, please resolve it directly. The registration and forgot password emails are not being sent to the customer or the site owner. I have been facing this issue from the very beginning.

webbee007ParticipantThis is several times quiry about why I am not getting any emails after registration or forgot password. why not you are takings this seriously? pleas help me to fix this issues any cost as I am facing lots of issue with this from my client end. hope it will inspire me to write a 5 five star feedback over enavto.
Note: I’ve done this 3 times since yesterday, and I’ve not gotten an email. I’ve checked my junk mail also.

01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

02. If you check my home page top section you can see I have a video background which is working fine on Desktop or laptop devices. Still, if you check from a mobile view you can see the video isn’t playing as a loop video that’s after a certain period the video is finished and the related YouTube channel video is showing which I don’t want. I want to show the background video as a loop video so that it will always show the same video on my device. can fix this loop issue?
