Need to make edits to my checkout page

Hi there, I would like to make some edits to my checkout page and require some guidance as it’s not covered in documentation

1. I want to change “terms and conditions” to “refund and returns policy”
2. I would like to make ship to a different address off by default and add a subheading above it like in this demo link https://woodmart.xtemos.com/perfumes/checkout/

Also, how can I go about adding a text block to say we only deliver to certain restricted cities on the shopping cart page?

01. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page setup, and assign your “Refund and Returns Policy” page to the Terms and Conditions field.

To change the text, try to use the Loco Translate plugin to change that text.

02. To hide the ship to a different address, navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping and click the Shipping Options tab.

To adding custom text, Try using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.
