No extra theme options for menu items

When I go to Appearance > Menus and then select a category in my menu I don’t see the additional options that are mentioned in the documentation.

I have selected all the screen options as well as set all the role manager post settings in the WPBakery settings.

I want to be able to have an HTML block as a child/drop down to these categories. Not sure if im missing something or if there is an issue.

As soon as you have created your menu, you can display it in the header by means of the Header Builder: Woodmart > Header builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

If you want to create a mega-menu, you need to create an HTML block for each menu item and choose it from the drop-down list in the menu item https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/

HTML blocks are templates which are created by means of WP Bakery page builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

This is what I want to do, but as you can see in my attached image, these options do not appear in my menu settings. I know how to create HTML blocks and have read the documentation BUT the settings aren’t there. There is no dropdown list in the menu item, there are only the options that you can see in my attached image.

As soon as you have added a menu item, save the menu and check again, you will see the options. If you do not still see them, go to the Screen option and enable showing http://prntscr.com/lt24v6

As I said, I have enabled all screen options. The options are still not showing in the menu options. I tried creating new product categories and they aren’t showing the options either.

Is there any other reason that they aren’t showing?

Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and provide your site access. Make sure you have installed and activated plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.
